About the Program
The ZENTS Rewards program awards customers with coupons that can be used towards future purchases. The program is only available to customers who have an account at www.zents.com.
If you are promoted to a higher tier, you retain that status for 12 months, at which time your tier status is verified. Tier status is adjusted or retained based on your qualifying purchases over the previous 12 month period.
Become a Member
Visit the Zents Rewards page or click on the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen, where you will find links to join. If you have not yet created a Zents.com account you will receive an email asking you to sign in to access your rewards. Follow the prompts from your email. Then select "Join & Agree" to opt into the program.
You can determine whether you are a member of the Zents Rewards program by logging into Zents.com, then visiting the Zents Rewards page or the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen. Members will see their email address. Non-members will see the prompt “Join & Agree.”
Earn Points
Rewards members earn loyalty points for every purchase you make as well as other activities, such as leaving reviews or following us on social media. To see all earning options click the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen and click “Earn Points.”
Yes! Non-members who have placed an order on or after 11/12/2024 will also earn points on every purchase. However, non-members cannot redeem their points. Become a full-fledged member by opting into Zents Rewards, and then you’ll be able to redeem your points for rewards.
No, your points never expire.
Redeeming Rewards
You can check your points balance from the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen, or by visiting the Zents Rewards page. In both places you will find your points balance. You can also see a “Redeem” button next to any available rewards.
Redeeming your rewards points is easy. There are two methods to redeem your points against available rewards:
- "Select A Reward" checkout dropdown (Recommended): during checkout use the dropdown to select and apply a reward. Using this method, rewards are only valid for 30 minutes, after which your points are automatically returned to your account. We recommend this method so you do not have to worry about unused rewards being lost.
- Create a reward coupon and enter the code at checkout. Coupons are non-refundable and automatically expire in 12 months. Here's how to create a coupon: (A) From the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen click on "Redeem Rewards" and "Your Rewards" (B) From the Zents Rewards page scroll to the “Redeem Rewards” section.
Apply your reward before entering other promotional coupons.
Coupon Tip: Use the icon with two rectangle outlines in the "Redeem Rewards" area to copy your code and paste it into the Discount Code field at checkout.
For the best experience we recommend that members use the “Select A Reward” dropdown to apply their available rewards during checkout. Click “Redeem,” then “Continue” on the Confirm Redemption pop-up.
• Dropdown will not be visible to non-members or members with no rewards to redeem.
• Dropdown may not be visible if you have not already entered a coupon. Remove all other codes and select your reward first before entering any other coupons.
• If you redeem a reward at checkout but do not complete your purchase within 30 minutes, your points are automatically returned to your account—you did not lose your points.
No, only one reward can be applied per order
No, rewards can only be applied to current and future purchases.
Some, but not all, promotional offers can be combined with rewards coupons. If your reward is not combinable with a promotional coupon you will see a notification at checkout that the coupon cannot be used with your existing discounts.
Yes, coupons created from the Zents Rewards page and the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen expire within 1 year. If you have redeemed a coupon from one of these areas and have not used it within 1 year your points will be lost.
Instead, we recommend using the "Select A Reward" dropdown at checkout to redeem your rewards. Using this method your reward is valid for 30 minutes, after which your points go back into your account if they are not used.
Troubleshooting
Having issues redeeming points? Please check these common errors:
• Have you clicked “Join Zents Rewards” to opt into the program?
• Are you logged into your zents.com account?
• Do you have a qualifying number of points for a reward?
If you have verified that you are using the correct email address and that you are fully logged in, and your rewards membership is still not recognized, please reach out for assistance through our Contact Us page. Kindly include the following information:
• your name
• email address associated with your rewards membership
• detail about the issue you are having
Please note that we'll be happy to honor any promotional offers past their expiry dates while we resolve your issue.
If you are logged out of zents.com the Zents Rewards page and Rewards pop-up will show “Your perks are waiting.” You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a login link.
In the logged out view you will be able to see what actions will earn points and the types of coupons that can be redeemed. However, you will not be able to redeem coupons.
The logged in view shows your email address on the Zents Rewards page and also on the pop-up that appears when you click on the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen.

Yes, any points on returned orders are automatically removed from your account when the order return is processed.
If your order is returned due to an error made by our team, we will make sure you get your points back. For other returns your reward will be lost.
