    I tried the mandarin concreta balm at a spa and was so obsessed with the scent that I immediately went home ordered it. I have a hard time with scents because I have chronic migraines, but this scent does not bother me at all. And the balm is amazing. I use it everywhere.

    This was a gift from a dear friend! I love this balm, I use it on my lips too and it does not taste bad, its fine and it makes my lips nice and soft. I highly recommend the Mandarin which is what I was given!

    My first purchase of Mandarin Concreta was in 2014. I just received a new one and buyer beware! The formula has changed and is very thin compared to the previous formula. Some may prefer the thinner balm but I loved the thick version as it worked wonders on my cuticles. This version is too greasy for me. Zents is kind enough to issue a refund once I return it, but it would have been nice to know before I ordered.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience, and for supporting us since 2014—wow! From the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate it! We’re so sorry that the product upgrade fell short for you. A handful of years back we had boosted the beneficial ingredients like paracress to make it even more potent, and eliminated all beeswax from the formula (we have a thing for bees!) to make the product vegan. It did change the consistency slightly to be smoother and to melt more easily. Over the years, we’ve heard from a lot of folks who loved the change, and I’m so sorry that was not the case for you! Our customers are everything to us. Please contact our customer care and we’ll be happy to issue a refund.

    Mandarin is good for someone who doesn't like an over powering scent. Its nice and light smelling. And my hands and feet love the concrete, leaves em soft and silky and great for dry skin!
